What went into the build
FlowForge is a End-to-end, real-time Kanban-style task management platform built for modern teams to plan, track, and collaborate efficiently. It provides seamless drag-and-drop task organization, real-time updates, AI-assisted task generation, and comprehensive team analytics.

\FlowForge was conceptualized to eliminate fragmentation in daily team coordination. Many teams relied on static to-do lists that lacked interactivity and collaborative awareness. We built FlowForge as an agile productivity system combining beautiful UI, real-time synchronization, and deep AI assistance. The system layer, powered by server-side systems and flexible data modeling, ensures fast integration responses and data integrity. The interface layer, crafted in modern web applications with structured product code, provides fluid interactions and instant feedback powered by WebSockets.

To guarantee performance and scalability, FlowForge employs optimistic UI updates and a normalized data model across boards, columns, and tasks. The result is a responsive, reliable system that scales effortlessly for teams managing thousands of tasks simultaneously.
\Since deployment, FlowForge has onboarded over 500 teams, managing more than 120k tasks while maintaining 99.9% uptime. Internal testing showed a 65% increase in workflow efficiency compared to traditional spreadsheet-based task systems.
